IF you go to Dutch Google Maps ( www.maps.nl ) and type Pyonyang North Korea you can zoom with the satellite map just north of the city and see the DEATH STAR flying saucer they have.
Just follow the major highways north and zoom just north of the big X. X marks the spot... kind of.
crazy looking building
U.S.A. Google Maps won't let you ZOOM close enough to see this!

Radiation Poisoning?
Radiation IS in the atmosphere. Question is going to be HOW MUCH? Everyone should, at the very least, have gallons of water in their freezer and in their closets or anywhere convenient. If you've waited until now you should do it now. If you're not worried about THIS situation, you should do it anyway. Earthquakes can happen at anytime, and there are 442 nuclear power plants at this time. The Japanese are already experiencing serious food shortages. Does that mean that you should have extra food at your house? YES.
AND they are still building more...

Should you purchase Potassium Iodide Tablets
for your emergency kit, in case of accidental radiation poisoning? Why not? They're 10 bucks.
